The sheer number of hot car deaths in the United States is a cause for concern. While a lot of children’s deaths in these scenarios are accidental, sometimes the intent is much more malicious than meets the eye.  This incident sent a chill down people’s spines, as to how heartless a parent can be towards their own child. 19-year-old L.
