A 46-year-old woman survived a frightening crash where a semi-truck flattened the car she was driving Tuesday afternoon. The pictures from the scene make it difficult to believe that she escaped with what has been described as minor injuries. A cab driver who locked his cab doors to prevent a suicide bomber from getting out on Remembrance Sunday and survived the subsequent blast has been hailed a hero. As the U.K. was about to hold a two-minute’s silence to remember those who lost their lives fighting for their country was driving a customer to the hospital.
