Ogden, UTAH – Authorities arrested a 34-year-old gang member after he fled and was found to have an illegal firearm. His name is Nicholas Louie Trujillo and he is now charged with: Failure to stop at the command of law enforcement; Possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person; Interference with an arresting officer. According to the Idaho State Police, this unfortunate accident occurred right after 7 p.m. Sunday. It happened at mile marker 164 on U.S. Highway 95. Idaho State Police officers responded to a report of a crash. The responding officers found two victims. Police said the 22-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene The 40-year-old victim from Utah suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment..
