Salt Lake City Police Department officers responded to a shooting call. Police say that two suspects have been arrested. No one was injured in this incident. Ogden, UTAH – According to the Ogden Police Department, Cecil John and Elijah Delgado were arrested on Saturday. Authorities say both suspects are facing charges of: assault against a peace officer with weapon or force; obstruction of justice; failure to respond to officer’s signal to stop. On Saturday, Ogden Police Department officers attempted to conduct a stop on a vehicle. This incident occurred in the 700 block of Washington Boulevard.
