Ogden, UTAH – According to the Ogden Police Department, Cecil John and Elijah Delgado were arrested on Saturday. Authorities say both suspects are facing charges of: assault against a peace officer with weapon or force; obstruction of justice; failure to respond to officer’s signal to stop. On Saturday, Ogden Police Department officers attempted to conduct a stop on a vehicle. This incident occurred in the 700 block of Washington Boulevard. Layton, UTAH – Authorities say the shooting occurred right before 11 p.m. Tuesday. It happened happened near 400 N Main Street.. The 911 caller told officers that someone stopped him and told him that he had just been shot in the leg. The responding officers discovered that a man and a woman were sitting in a pickup truck when the woman’s ex-boyfriend approached them and shot both of them.
