UTAH – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right after 10 p.m. Wednesday. It happened at 920 S. 300 West. The motorcyclist hit a car that was pulling out of a driveway. The man was taken to a hospital, but was later pronounced dead. The driver of the car was not injured. Salt Lake City – According to the court documents, his name is Brent Orton and he was sentenced to 51 months in prison for possessing Alpha PHP. Prosecutors say that the Alpha PHP is a designer drug and variant of bath salts that puts users into an “intense high” and is reported to mimic the effects of cocaine and methamphetamine. The 63-year-old man pled guilty to a one-count criminal information filed by federal prosecutors charging him with possession with intent to distribute the narcotic.
