UTAH – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. Monday. It happened on I-15 in Lindon near N 2000 W at milepost 275 Utah Highway Patrol troopers responded to a four-vehicle crash, including a motorcycle. Authorities say the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident is under investigation. This is a developing story and it will be updated as new information become available.

UTAH – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred Sunday night. It happened in the east bound lanes near 1700 East in Sandy. A driver was headed west on 9400 South and collided head on with another car. The driver suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital. The driver in the second vehicle suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital. Unfortunately, she later died. This incident is still under investigation.
