OGDEN, Utah – Seniors in Weber and Morgan County were frustrated on Thursday afternoon to find their efforts to secure vaccine appointments thwarted by technical difficulties. The department announced earlier on Thursday that new appointments would be available starting at 3 p.m. Just after 3 p.m., 2News received multiple phone calls asking for more information about what was wrong with the website. UTAH – Two bills in the Utah Senate could change how you purchase alcohol. One of those bills, Senate Bill 119, aims to make it legal for Utah bars and restaurants to sell alcohol as a to-go option. Sponsored by Sen. Derek Kitchen (D-Salt Lake), S.B. 119 would allow Utahns to purchase sealed alcoholic beverages from the bars and restaurants via curbside pickup and deliveries.
