OGDEN, Utah – In a report released Jan. 20, researchers from Utah State University Extension and the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food assessed the potential for expanding meat processing capabilities in Utah and examine the potential demand for Utah beef. Researchers concluded that there is growth potential for Utah beef processing and sales, and that Utahns desire local beef products. OGDEN, Utah — The Davis County Health Department will begin administering COVID-19 vaccines to residents 70-years-old and above starting Tuesday. This comes after some early issues with getting people vaccination appointments. The wait list turns into appointments The department opened registration for older residents on Friday.
