OGDEN, Utah – For instance, the rolling seven-day average of new cases reported Sunday by the Utah Department of Health was 1,794. A week ago, it was 2,548. OGDEN, Utah – Last year’s general session of the Utah Legislature ended right as the coronavirus pandemic was hitting. The 2021 session is starting next week, and things are still not back to normal.
