OGDEN, Utah — A 29-year-old man was arrested following a traffic accident that left a woman dead in Ogden Sunday. Police arrested Bryce Owens on an unrelated warrant, but say he was impaired and driving while distracted when he allegedly struck other vehicles at the intersection of 12th Street and Washington Boulevard. Owens was reportedly traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed when he failed to stop at a red light, slamming into a Mitsubishi Lancer and sideswiping a truck.
