Ogden, UTAH – According to the state officials, the executive order reaffirms the historic state flag will continue to be displayed.  During the 2023 General Legislative Session, lawmakers approved Senate Bill 31 which establishes a new state flag in Utah. According to the woman who recorded the entire incident, the boy on the subway learned a valuable lesson about manners when he refused to give up two seats and had to be taught a lesson by a stranger.
