According to the police officials, the father reportedly forced his 3-year-old child, Rabiha, to sit in boiling hot water for a reason she was too young to have any control over. The man, who was not identified by authorities, reportedly forced the girl to sit in a bathtub filled with boiling hot water because the little girl was experiencing something she couldn’t control. The little girl was hit with a rope by her father after he went into a fit of rage.
