Weber County, UTAH – According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the crash occurred right before 4 p.m. Sunday. It happened on Interstate 15. The responding troopers discovered that the 22-year-old driver, later identified as Kaden Woolley, was driving a Chevrolet Silverado when he changed lanes to the right, and the passenger side of the travel trailer struck the driver side of another vehicle.
