Ogden, UTAH – According to the police officials, the suspect, later identified as Miguel Tovar, was taken into custody on Thursday. The 25-year-old man reportedly threatened to kill the victim and held her against her will.  Tovar was later charged with multiple charges, including: aggravated kidnapping; stalking; possession of a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault, and domestic violence in the presence of a child. The suspect and the victim were reportedly staying at an Airbnb in Logan.
