Ogden, UTAH – According to the state officials, students and staff at Westlake High School and Alpine School District reportedly held a banner ceremony with First Lady Abby Cox on Oct. 28th to celebrate being recognized by the Special Olympics as a National Unified Champion School. They were the fourth school in Utah to receive this honor for their commitment to engagement and collaboration among student body and staff with and without disabilities. Ogden, UTAH – According to the state officials, this vision will be a sustainable contribution to the quality of life for Utahns and visitors for generations to come.  The vision, as outlined by the governor, would be a state-funded program where UDOT will work with local communities to build and maintain trails as part of the state’s transportation system.  Today’s announcement is only the first step in the process from vision to completion.
