NEPHI, Utah — A semi-trailer caught fire on southbound Interstate 15, about seven miles south of Nephi, Sunday afternoon, leading to significant traffic disruptions. According to Andrew Battenfield of the Utah Highway Patrol, the trailer of the semi-truck became fully engulfed in flames around early afternoon.
