Salt Lake City, UT — A man was arrested Friday afternoon after police observed what appeared to be a drug deal taking place near Library Square. The incident occurred just before 4:45 p.m. in the area of 500 South and 200 East, where officers noticed two men exchanging cash for a small blue baggie. After the exchange, the two individuals parted ways, walking in opposite directions. Police followed and stopped the man they believed had purchased the drugs.
