GARLAND, Utah — Traffic was significantly delayed on the northbound lanes of Interstate 15 in Box Elder County Tuesday afternoon after a semi truck collided with a farm tractor on the shoulder of the highway. The crash occurred around 2 p.m. near mile marker 382 in Garland, approximately two miles north of the I-84 interchange. According to Lieutenant Cameron Roden with the Utah Highway Patrol, the farm tractor had been driving along the right shoulder of the interstate but was partially blocking the right lane at the time of the accident.
