Bountiful, Utah — A 72-year-old man was seriously injured Monday afternoon after crashing on southbound I-15 near Bluffdale in what authorities believe to be a medical emergency. The incident took place around 12:30 p.m. near 500 West, according to the Utah Highway Patrol. Lt. Cameron Roden stated that the man likely suffered a medical episode while driving, causing him to lose control of his vehicle.
