The incident, which occurred on Wednesday, April 30, has left one patient with serious injuries. OGDEN, Utah — A 17-year-old boy has tragically died after jumping into the Weber River and failing to resurface on Saturday evening. Authorities confirmed the boy passed away overnight, following a frantic search and rescue operation. The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. near the 12th Street Airsoft field in Ogden, when deputies with the Weber County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible drowning.
