GARLAND, Utah — Traffic was significantly delayed on the northbound lanes of Interstate 15 in Box Elder County Tuesday afternoon after a semi truck collided with a farm tractor on the shoulder of the highway. The crash occurred around 2 p.m. near mile marker 382 in Garland, approximately two miles north of the I-84 interchange.
