BRIGHAM CITY, Utah – A crash involving an ambulance, a semi-truck, and a Rocky Mountain Power truck left several individuals with minor injuries Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred at approximately 1 p.m. near the intersection of 775 West and 1000 South in Brigham City.
