GREEN RIVER, Utah — A 34-year-old man was taken into custody Friday evening after running through a Green River neighborhood carrying a machete and claiming he was being pursued, authorities said. According to the Emery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded after receiving multiple calls from residents reporting a man knocking on doors and seeking help, stating that someone was chasing him.
