SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH — Third District Court Judge William Kendall is currently under criminal investigation, 2News Investigates has confirmed. A spokesperson for the court confirmed the investigation but emphasized that no charges have been filed against the judge at this time. As a result of the ongoing inquiry, Kendall is not presiding over any cases.
