SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH — Eight members of Utah’s American Red Cross disaster team have been deployed to assist communities across the Midwest and Southern U.S. after devastating flooding and tornadoes ravaged the region. The volunteers, hailing from cities such as Draper, North Ogden, West Point, Hyde Park, South Jordan, Salt Lake City, and Sandy, have been sent to areas in Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, and Arkansas.
