OGDEN, Utah – Weber State University’s new Outdoor Adventure & Welcome Center will hold a grand opening ceremony Feb. 3 at 4 p.m. The public is invited to join the event via Facebook Live at facebook.com/WeberState/live. Located directly north of the Wildcat Village residential complex, the new facility will provide easy access to students and community visitors. OGDEN, Utah – Sodexo, which runs the campus dining services, has seen an 80% reduction of revenue and a 60% reduction of work force. Dining services on campus have been consolidated to the union building and all services are closed by 3:00 p.m. with the exception of Starbucks, which is open until 5:00 p.m. Jessica Alford, general manager of dining services, said she and her team have been working hard to sustain dining while still providing great service to the 500 students living on campus. “The global pandemic has affected us in just about every way you can imagine,” Alford…
