LOGAN, Utah — A Utah State University (USU) student has been taken into custody following a hazardous chemical incident that led to the evacuation of Mountain View Tower dormitory on Thursday evening. Joshua Peter Jager, a 20-year-old student, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of causing a catastrophe recklessly and disorderly conduct.
