Ogden, UT — A woman was arrested on Christmas Eve for allegedly attempting to kidnap a one-year-old boy from his parents while they were walking down a street in Ogden. According to arrest documents, the incident occurred on the 3600 block of Wall Avenue when Cathy Coburn approached a family and asked them for money. When the mother declined her request, Coburn reportedly made an attempt to abduct the child from his parents.
