SALT LAKE CITY, UT — An 18-year-old man was arrested Friday night after causing a four-car crash in Salt Lake City while speeding and driving under the influence, according to Salt Lake City Police. At approximately 8:50 p.m. on January 24, an officer with the Salt Lake City Police Department was en route to the Public Safety Building when they came upon the scene of the crash, which had just occurred.
