OGDEN, Utah — Authorities are investigating a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred early Sunday morning on Washington Blvd. A crew of firefighters responding to an unrelated call discovered the victim’s body around 1 a.m., prompting immediate action from Ogden Police. The victim, a man believed to be in his 30s, was found in the middle of Washington Blvd, just north of 35th Street.
