OGDEN, Utah – A Weber County man is facing several charges after being accused of forging his late wife’s will for his own financial benefit. Jody Allen Rhorer, 43, was arrested on Christmas Eve for three felonies, including forgery, computer crimes and wrongful lien, according to a probable cause affidavit. Rhorer reportedly made changes to his late wife’s registered agent information with Four Boys Investments, LLC through the Utah Department of Commerce on Nov. 23.
