OGDEN, Utah – A Weber County man is facing several charges after being accused of forging his late wife’s will for his own financial benefit. Jody Allen Rhorer, 43, was arrested on Christmas Eve for three felonies, including forgery, computer crimes and wrongful lien, according to a probable cause affidavit. Rhorer reportedly made changes to his late wife’s registered agent information with Four Boys Investments, LLC through the Utah Department of Commerce on Nov. 23. OGDEN, Utah — The family of Emily Anderson is feeling a lot of different emotions, mainly helpless, after insurance companies have not responded on how they can move forward after the 39-year-old mother was killed in a car crash in Ogden.  It’s been three dark and gloomy days for the Anderson family.  Brother Steven Knutson said he’s still grappling with the reality of his sister being killed in a car crash that police suspect was caused by an impaired and distracted driver. “It is more of a shock,” said Knutson. “You don’t plan on people passing away so suddenly.” Anderson leaves behind her…
