Provo, UT – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday. It happened on 300 North near 900 West in Provo. Officers tried to stop a Buick Lacrosse. The driver took off and the officers decided not to pursuit him. Some time later, the officers spotted the same vehicle and approached it. Authorities say the driver got out of his vehicle and refused to cooperate. Shots were fired and the driver was hit. UTAH – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right before 11 p.m. Friday. It happened in the 300 West in Spanish Fork. Authorities say an officer came to an intersection, he had the right-of-way and proceeded through the intersection. Another vehicle, coming in the other direction failed to stop and struck the police car. The driver then hit a pedestrian. Police say the pedestrian was pinned between the car and a tree.
