OGDEN, Utah – Emily Anderson was tragically killed on Sunday, in Ogden when her vehicle was struck by a speeding driver, who was allegedly under the influence at the time of the collision. According to police, Anderson, 39, was in her Mitsubishi Lancer at 12th Street and Washington Boulevard when a Hyundai Santa Fe driven by 29-year-old Bryce Owens struck her from behind at a high rate of speed.
