Ogden, UTAH – According to the Ogden City Police Department, the shooting occurred around 2:17 a.m. early Sunday morning. It happened in the 900 block of North Gramercy Avenue. Ogden City Police Department officers responded to a shooting call. When the officers arrived on scene, they discovered that a woman was shot in the lower leg during a Halloween Party.
