ROY, Utah — A 77-year-old woman is in critical condition after being struck by a white sedan in a hit-and-run incident Wednesday afternoon. The accident occurred around 3 p.m. as the woman was walking on a road just west of the Ogden Airport, an area that does not have any marked crosswalks. According to officials from the Roy Police Department, the driver of the white sedan hit the woman before fleeing the scene.
