OGDEN, Utah— Rescue teams are continuing their search for a 14-year-old boy who fell through the ice while ice fishing at Glasmann Pond on Monday, January 27. According to Mike McBride, a spokesperson for Ogden City, two teenagers were reportedly ice fishing at the pond when the ice suddenly gave way. OGDEN, Utah — A major structure fire broke out at an apartment building under construction in Ogden on Saturday afternoon, prompting a significant response from local fire crews. The fire occurred at approximately 4:40 p.m. on January 25, 2025, on 22nd Street, situated between Grant Avenue and Lincoln Avenue. Ogden Fire Department personnel arrived on the scene to find a five-story building engulfed in heavy flames and thick smoke.
