Ogden, UTAH – According to the state officials, Cannabinoids, such as delta-9 THC and CBD, are generally regarded as the primary active ingredients in hemp and cannabis products. Officials also said that because delta-9-THC, CBD, and a few other cannabinoids that are more abundant in cannabis plants have been used by humans for thousands of years, the potential of these cannabinoids to directly harm those who use them is generally considered to be low. Ogden, UTAH – According to the state officials, the individuals, working in the UCI textile shop, not only produced the backpacks, but were also able to come up with the designs themselves. The participants were excited to learn new skills while giving back to the community. The Sevier County Backpack Club uses backpacks as a foundation to create food kits for children in need around Sevier County.  UCI is grateful to Watts Bags for donating webbing for this project. UCI purchased all other materials used in the production of the backpacks.
