SANDY, Utah — A multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 15 in Sandy caused significant delays for morning commuters traveling toward Salt Lake City Thursday. The crash occurred in the northbound lanes near 9800 South, involving a white van that appeared to collide with the rear of an SUV.
