PARK CITY, Utah — A 40-year-old man is facing felony theft charges after stealing snowboards from a Park City lodge and attempting to sell them online. William Richard Ryan was arrested on two third-degree felony counts of theft after deputies with the Summit County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation into the incident. On Friday, the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Sunrise Lodge reported that three snowboards, complete with bindings, had been stolen.
