Ogden, UTAH – According to the state officials, Governor Cox also issued the following statement: “We’ve encouraged Congress to pass legislation to provide certainty for our Afghan allies who put their lives on the line for us and are now resettled in Utah. Utahns have pitched in to provide them a fresh start, and we’re glad to see Congress working to ensure they can stay.” Ladies and gentlemen, you can read the letter to Congressional leadership here.  No other information is available at the moment. One person dead after a three-car crash at 854 West on South Jordan Parkway

South Jordan, UTAH – According to the South Jordan Police Department, this unfortunate incident occurred right after 2 p.m. Saturday. It happened near 845 West and South Jordan Parkway. South Jordan Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash. Authorities say two cars initially collided before the third vehicle was involved. One female victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, she was later pronounced dead.
