Eden, Utah — A tragic head-on collision outside Eden on Monday evening has resulted in the death of a 72-year-old woman. The Weber County Sheriff’s Department (WCSD) responded to the scene at approximately 7:45 p.m. near mile marker three on Highway 158, located about a mile southwest of the town.
The crash involved two vehicles, a 31-year-old man and the woman, both residents of Eden. Authorities have not yet disclosed the identity of the deceased, as they are waiting to notify next of kin. At this time, details surrounding the cause of the accident remain limited, and the WCSD is continuing its investigation.
