Roy, UTAH – According to the Roy City Police Department, this unfortunate incident occurred on Monday.
It happened at 6060 S 3500 W.
Roy City Police Department officers responded to a report of an aggravated robbery.
The responding officers discovered that the 22-year-old suspect, Isaiah Camacho, asked the victim for money.
The female victim told the suspect that she didn’t have any money.
The 22-year-old man attacked her with a large fixed blade knife, before running away.
The victim was reportedly cut on her right index finger.
The responding officers arrested the 22-year-old man shortly after.
Camacho was in possession of a fixed blade knife and reportedly admit that he asked the victim for money.
Camacho is now charged on suspicion of committing the first-degree felony.
