Ogden, UTAH – According to the Ogden City Police Department, his name is Mark Davis and he was booked in the Weber County jail. Authorities say the 56-year-old suspect fled a pursuit for 15 minutes, driving recklessly before coming to a stop near a municipal park attended by a large number of people.
