Ogden, UTAH – According to the state officials, daylight saving in March introduces two travel risks: (1) poor visibility due to less light in the morning and (2) drowsiness due to a change in sleep cycle. Ogden, UTAH – According to the statement, the GOAL foundation will be hosting the annual winter racing series 10 mile race tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m. on the Ogden River parkway trail. Officials have announced that the race starts at pioneer stadium and will run west along the parkway. If you plan on using the parkway please be advised there may be heavy foot traffic during the morning hours. No other information is available at the moment.
