OGDEN, Utah — Police say they arrested an impaired driver who slammed into the back of a vehicle that was stopped at a light in Ogden, killing the driver. Just after 9 p.m. Sunday, a Hyundai Santa Fe traveling at a high rate of speed hit a Mitsubishi Lancer stopped at a red light at the intersection of 12th Street and Washington Boulevard in Ogden, according to Ogden police. A 39-year-old woman driving the Lancer was killed. Her name was not immediately released pending notification of family members.
