KANAB, Utah — Kanab Police Chief Thomas Cram has pleaded guilty to striking a pedestrian with his vehicle while on duty. The incident occurred on November 18, 2024, when Chief Cram was driving along 300 South in Kanab and hit a 58-year-old man who was crossing the street at a marked crosswalk. Cram claimed that the sun obstructed his view, leading to the collision.
