WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah — A motor home crash on northbound Interstate 15 in southern Utah on Sunday afternoon left four individuals injured, with one person airlifted to the hospital and three others transported by ambulance. The incident occurred near mile marker 28, approximately 3 p.m. on Sunday. According to Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue, the crash was severe enough to warrant the assistance of two LifeFlight helicopters.
