ST. GEORGE, Utah — A fugitive who led law enforcement officers on a high-speed motorcycle pursuit died after colliding with a vehicle on Sunday afternoon. Just before 3:30 p.m., the Violent Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team, led by the U.S. Marshal Service, was attempting to locate Boyd Paul Brooke, 41, a known fugitive with a history of operating stolen vehicles and evading police. The team received information that Brooke was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Sunset Drive near Dixie Drive in St. George.
