PROVO, Utah — Anthony Hamilton Beardall, 49, was charged Tuesday with threat of terrorism, a second-degree felony, and electronic communication harassment, following a series of alarming phone calls to the Missionary Training Center (MTC) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
