OGDEN, Utah – COVID-19 relief and recovery plans aimed at recycling and reusing more of the billions of tonnes of materials consumed each year could slash planet-heating emissions and limit the impacts of climate change, researchers said on Tuesday. OGDEN, Utah — Police were called Tuesday evening to a home on Brinker Avenue in Ogden, where it was reported that a man had been shot. Upon arrival, it was found that a man, about 35 years old, had been shot in the abdomen when he intervened in a dispute between two women and attempted to get one of the women to leave the house. Lt.
